The Grand Prize winner will be selected through a random drawing conducted using certified random selection software. The drawing will include all eligible entries received during the official Giveaway Period (October 15, 2024 - November 30, 2024). The drawing itself will take place on or around December 3, 2024. The integrity of the selection process is paramount to us.
The potential winner will be notified via the email address they provided during the entry process. This notification will be sent within approximately five (5) business days following the random drawing date (around December 5-10, 2024). The potential winner will then have seven (7) calendar days from the date of notification to respond and formally claim their prize according to the instructions provided in the notification email. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Existing ChannelLink Solutions customers are absolutely welcome and encouraged to enter the giveaway! If you are selected as the winner and already subscribe to one or more components of the Ultimate Suite, the prize value can be applied flexibly. You can choose to receive it as a credit towards your existing subscription fees for the next 12 months, or use it to upgrade your current plan by adding the remaining components of the Ultimate Suite for a year at no extra cost.

**OFFICIAL RULES - ChannelLink Solutions Ultimate Hotel Tech Suite Giveaway**

1. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and are employed in a management or decision-making capacity (e.g., Owner, General Manager, Revenue Manager, Director of Sales) at an independent hotel, motel, inn, or bed & breakfast property located within the United States. Employees, officers, and directors of ChannelLink Solutions ("Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or household members of such individuals are not eligible.
2. Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins on October 15, 2024 at 12:00:01 AM Pacific Standard Time ("PST") and ends on November 30, 2024 at 11:59:59 PM PST (the "Giveaway Period"). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device.
3. How to Enter: During the Giveaway Period, visit the landing page and complete the official online entry form with all required information, including your full name, valid work email address, hotel name, and confirmation of agreement to these Official Rules. Limit one (1) initial entry per person/email address/hotel property. Bonus entries may be offered for completing specific actions (e.g., social media sharing, following Sponsor) as detailed after initial entry submission and confirmation; follow instructions provided via email or confirmation page to earn bonus entries, subject to any specified limits.
4. Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a twelve (12) month subscription to the ChannelLink Solutions "Ultimate Suite" software package, which includes the Channel Manager, PMS Integration (subject to compatibility with winner's existing PMS), Booking Engine, Revenue Management Tools, and Guest Communication Platform. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $5,000 USD. Prize includes standard setup and support. Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes. Prize is non-transferable and no cash substitution is permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. If the winner is an existing customer, the prize value may be applied as a credit to their existing account or used for upgrades as determined by Sponsor.
5. Winner Selection & Notification: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, conducted on or about December 3, 2024. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email within approximately five (5) business days after the drawing. Potential winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days of notification, and may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where permitted). Failure to respond or comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
6. General Conditions: By entering, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs its integrity. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, or misdirected entries.
7. Limitations of Liability: Entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt/use of the prize.
